Nordstrom Payment and Delivery
A 25% deposit is required on placement of the order. Upon receipt of your deposit, work will begin on your order. When your order is complete, we will contact you and set up a time for delivery. Upon delivery by Nordstrom Heart Pine, the balance is due prior to unloading of the wood or upon shipment by freight; the balance is due prior to shipment. Our wood is bundled ready to be delivered to your site. It is to be unloaded by 2 or more persons supplied by the customer. An inventory sheet will come with your order, stating the number of bundles/linear footage and widths of each bundle (flooring) so you may verify the square footage of the order.
